1. USER CONTENT & LICENSING

1.1 Ownership

You retain all ownership rights in the audio files, metadata, and profile content you upload to AudioGroves.

1.2 The Conditional Remix License

AudioGroves offers a unique "Remix" feature. Your licensing of content to other users depends on your privacy settings:

Remix Enabled: By uploading content and enabling the "Allow Remixes" toggle, you grant other AudioGroves users a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and create derivative works of that audio solely within the AudioGroves platform.

Remix Disabled: If you disable remixes, no other user is authorized to sample, edit, or re-upload your content. Any unauthorized use of content with remixes disabled is a violation of these Terms.

1.3 License to AudioGroves

By uploading content, you grant AudioGroves a non-exclusive, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, stream, store, and display your audio for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

2. COMMUNITY STANDARDS

2.1 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload audio, video, or other media that:

•Contains hate speech, harassment, or promotes violence.

•Is sexually explicit or contains "NSFW" content.

•Consists of "Leaks" or unreleased music that you do not have the legal right to share.

2.2 Casting Call Conduct

AudioGroves provides "Casting Calls" as a tool for collaboration.

No Employment Guarantee: AudioGroves is a platform, not an employer or talent agency. We are not responsible for the outcome of any collaborations formed via Casting Calls.

Deceptive Practices: You may not post "Fake" casting calls or use this feature to solicit private data or money from other creators.

3. COPYRIGHT & DMCA POLICY

3.1 Copyright Protection

AudioGroves respects the intellectual property of others. If you upload audio you did not create (e.g., a famous pop song), it will be removed upon a valid request from the rights holder.

3.2 Takedown Procedure

If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact our moderation team via the "Report" button or at [email protected].

3.3 Repeat Offenders

Users who repeatedly violate copyright or upload stolen audio will have their accounts permanently terminated.

4. TERMINATION OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to suspend or ban any account, at our sole discretion, for violations of the Terms of Service. This includes the right to remove any content that we deem harmful to the AudioGroves community.
